I had someone come to measure and he said he would provide a quote. After more than three weeks and numerous unanswered calls and emails I've come to the conclusion that they aren't interested in providing a quote. No replies to the voice messages I've left, no replies to emails. They just never bothered to get back to me, even to say that they won't quote. Time must be really good in the concrete industry if you don't even have to respond to a customer.
