I had someone come to measure and he said he would provide a quote. After more than three weeks and numerous unanswered calls and emails I've come to the conclusion that they aren't interested in providing a quote. No replies to the voice messages I've left, no replies to emails. They just never bothered to get back to me, even to say that they won't quote. Time must be really good in the concrete industry if you don't even have to respond to a customer.

We would be very wary of recommending Decorative Concrete WA as your exposed aggregate concreter in Perth. They are young guys who don’t appear to be enjoying their job and act in a very immature and cowboy manner. We should’ve seen the signs and done our research better upfront.We had severe cracks in the concrete, ridiculously bad honing, lack of attention to detail, spilt concrete spray, unexplained workmanship / errors and numerous short cuts were taken.If the owner of a company is prepared to threaten their clients with violence and vandalism then that alone should be enough to convince others not to use their service.Avoid.
